How do I check availability?

Contact us by phone or email with your preferred date or date range and approximate guest count. We will let you know what is available and send you information about the venue and next steps.

Do you require a specific caterer or planner?

No. You may use the caterer and planner of your choice. We do ask that all vendors carry appropriate insurance and follow our facility rules. We can provide a list of Scottsdale-area vendors we have worked with if that is helpful.

What is included in a booking?

Your booking includes access to the space for a defined window (setup, event, teardown). Basic tables and chairs are available. What is included in detail is outlined when you inquire and in your contract. Other rentals are arranged through your vendors.

Can we have both the ceremony and reception at the venue?

Yes. Many couples host both at our venue. The space can be configured for a ceremony and then rearranged for the reception, or we can discuss layouts that work for your guest count and style. See our full-service packages page for more.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend inquiring as early as your plans allow. Weekend dates and peak seasons tend to fill first. We are happy to discuss availability whenever you are ready.
